Ready to ship items are typically able to ship out within 4-5 business days at this time.

Custom orders are on a case by case basis. Full payment is required up front unless otherwise agreed to prior to the start of the project. Depending on the complexity of it, the project may take several weeks/months or as little as a few days. If items are needed by a specific time; ensure this is discussed at the beginning of the project. We are not held liable for unknown deadlines. If a rush order is needed, reach out with parameters and needs prior to placing the order.

OOAK items are exactly that. Especially items utilizing recycled components, I am not typically able to source the exact same materials previously used. If the item is available we can discuss alterations, such as a change to the length of a necklace or a colour swap of accent beads. OOAK items are clearly noted.

Changes made to a custom order after 36 hours incur a $30 fee for altering the invoice. Adding items that are already made to an invoice do not incur said fee.



Items are shipped via the most economical method. Small items will be shipped via USPS First class; some of the larger items may be via USPS priority or UPS Ground, at our discretion.

UPS Ground can NOT go to a PO Box. Should you order something that needs to be shipped via Ground, we will reach out to you to discuss options. Those options typically are an adjustment to the shipping address or a change to shipping method. Often one is chosen over the other due to the cost savings, which we pass onto the customer whenever possible.

Shipping can be upgraded. Please enquire, and a quote will be obtained.

NO GUARANTEE ON ARRIVAL DATES. This can't be stated any clearer. Once the item goes into the possession of the shipping entity, we are no longer in control of any aspect. Shipping dates are estimates of arrival, and this may vary widely depending on the method used and with the current circumstances those are very broad windows of transit. Please plan accordingly and we recommend signing up for notifications through the service your package is sent through for the most up to date information.

International shipping: VAT/Customs fees are not included in the cost of your invoice. You, the client are responsible for any and all fees that may be associated with your order, which may be upwards of 20% of the total purchase. Often the client will need to speak to their local postal agency to pay the customs fees, and the postal agents do not always "leave a card" or "send notice" in a timely fashion. We recommend calling the agency prior to shipment and find out the procedure so that you are prepared for it when the time comes.

Red Stick Studio is not liable for purchases including items that a client is not ordinarily able to possess in their local region.


Items are one of a kind and are not subject to returns. In addition, with the current circumstances surrounding Covid-19 we will not take any chances accepting returns for our safety and yours. Should the item be returned to sender due to an incorrectly provided address, client will be responsible for return shipping payment. If item sits unclaimed after 45 calendar days upon being returned due incorrect address or refusal to receive package, item becomes property of Red Stick Studio and will be resold to recoup lost funds.

Custom project deposits are non refundable. Be aware of your jewelry allergies prior to purchase, and should you have any questions, ask!
